Oh. My. Goodness. Y'all. This is ab amazing bar I picked up at William Sonoma today. 72% dark chocolate. Cadies almonds (lots of them). Aleppo pepper (LOTS of it!!). Maldonado sea salt.

The Barcelona bar is yummy and you have to try either of the Mo's Bacon bar varieties. Also excellent are the Naga, the Red Fire, the Oaxaca, the Black Salt caramel...pretty much all of them. It's interesting to see what odd things chocolate goes well with.
